Disappointed tonight. We order regularly as the food is usually great, the kids love it as food is usually roasting hot, nice crispy batter, not greasy and the chips taste like proper chips. But tonight, everything was greasy, chips were all floppy, mushy and squashed together. Sausage and pizza were floppy. Everything except macaroni was pretty much untouched and flung in the bin. As regular customers, we know this isn’t the usual quality of food from yourselves, but it was disappointing all the same. Sorry guys x
